I have been married to my husband, Tim, for 23 years, and we met at a local skating rink while I was attending Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. We are fun and goofy together and will always be young, no matter how old we really are! I am a worship leader at Central United Methodist Church in Radford, Virginia and am currently working on my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Case Western while working as needed at a local community hospital.
We have two incredibly talented, artistic children, Taylor (20) and Brandon (18), who both attend Radford University about a mile from our home. Both are incredibly unique, smart and just a blast to be around! Tim and I couldn't be more blessed.
I LOVE to read, but also have an adventurous spirit and can be found hiking, biking, zip lining, white water rafting, or even skiing in the Appalachian or Smoky Mountains.
I love playing guitar, singing, working with youth, and just hanging out having "movie night."
The thing I am learning is that you just have to "Go For It" and do this thing called life. Without Fear. God has plans for each one of us (Jer 29:11) and we need to live each day like we believe it!
